5. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time may vary depending on the design complexity, customization requirements, and order volume. Customers are advised to place orders in advance, especially for bridal collections.

6. Changes and Modifications

Any changes requested after confirmation of the design or stitching process may result in additional charges or changes in delivery time.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of customized orders may not be accepted after the stitching or design work has started. Any applicable refund or adjustment will be decided based on the stage of completion.

Aruna Boutique ensures quality workmanship and elegant finishing. Minor variations may occur in handmade designs and customized works due to the nature of the craftsmanship.
