Cancellation Policy

At Aruna Boutique, every order is prepared with care and attention to customer requirements. Since most of our products involve customized designs, stitching, and handmade work, our cancellation policy is as follows.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the stitching, embroidery, Aari work, or customization process begins.

2. Customized Orders

Orders involving bridal Aari work, designer blouses, customized outfits, gowns, chudidhars, and personalized designs cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.

3. Advance Payment

Advance payments made for confirmed customized orders may not be refundable after the work has started, as materials and resources may already be arranged for the order.

4. Cancellation Request

To request a cancellation, customers must contact Aruna Boutique with their order details as soon as possible. Cancellation approval will depend on the current status of the order.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

The following orders are generally not eligible for cancellation:

• Customized stitching orders
• Bridal collections
• Personalized Aari designs
• Orders with special material or design requirements
• Completed or dispatched orders

6. Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is accepted before work begins, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable costs, if any.
