Return & Refund Policy

At Aruna Boutique, we focus on providing customized boutique services with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Since most of our products are specially designed and stitched based on customer requirements, our return and refund policy is as follows.

1. Customized Products

Customized items such as bridal Aari work, designer blouses, stitched outfits, gowns, chudidhars, and personalized designs cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed and the work has started.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be considered only in cases where there is a genuine issue related to stitching or manufacturing defects. The request must be raised within a reasonable time after receiving the product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a stitching defect or damage caused during delivery, please contact Aruna Boutique immediately with details and supporting information. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

4. Measurement Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design details. Aruna Boutique will not be responsible for fitting issues caused due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for customized orders may not be accepted after the stitching, embroidery, or Aari work process has started. Any cancellation consideration will depend on the progress of the order.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the order status and discussion with the customer. Advance payments for customized work may not be refundable after the work has commenced.
