At Aruna Boutique, we follow a clear and transparent payment process for all boutique services, customized orders, and special collections.

1. Payment Confirmation

Orders will be confirmed only after discussing the design details, measurements, customization requirements, delivery timeline, and payment terms with the customer.

2. Advance Payment

For customized orders such as bridal Aari work, designer blouses, gowns, chudidhars, and personalized stitching, an advance payment may be required before starting the work.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining payment must be completed as per the agreed terms before delivery or collection of the completed order.

4. Customized Orders

Since customized products are specially prepared based on customer requirements, advance payments may not be refundable once the stitching, embroidery, Aari work, or customization process has started.

5. Payment Methods

Available payment options will be communicated by Aruna Boutique during order confirmation.

6. Pricing Changes

Prices may vary depending on design complexity, fabric selection, embroidery work, customization requirements, and additional services. Any changes will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

7. Payment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for completing payments within the agreed timeline to avoid delays in order completion or delivery.
